More about my Speciality type of Carpet Cleaning:

I do not have a truck mounted carpet cleaning machine, which means we aren’t burning fossil fuels while we clean!  

Our method is particularly ideal for carpets in High-rise construction, as there are no long hoses to run, however it's also very effective on all carpets, and most of my clients are seniors in houses, condo's and townhouses. 

I specialize in something called "bonnet encapsulation" cleaning, which is a dryer method that's very portable, safe and very effective due to its gentle scrubbing action and high-tech dirt-lifting formula. 

It’s also sometimes called VLM Carpet Cleaning, which means Very Low Moisture, and it’s also ideal for short commercial carpets! (it's also sometimes referred to as bonnet-cleaning - because the pads that pick up the dirt look sort of like an old-fashioned lady's bonnet!I) 

I also have extractors and can bring a steam machine if we need one.  I always use an extractor when I do stairs and for upholstery.

Also, my state-of-the-art commercial cleaning products are powerful yet gentle, safe, and environmentally friendly. Which really means they are People-friendly!

You can count on me to know our plan and not go over budget.  You can also count on me to be realistic about what can and cannot get done in a certain amount of time. 

Options are:

• I do most of the sorting with clear instructions on what stays, what goes and what is a maybe or a decide later type of item. You can be involved or not, as you prefer. This is the medium level effort from me, so the price will reflect that.  Currently $45/hour with a minimum of 3 hours per session.

• You do most of the sorting, with me doing the hard cleaning like the bathroom or kitchen while you're sorting things somewhere else near by, and I provide encouragment (moral support aka body-doubling) and redirection if needed.   This is the most work for me so it's the most expensive option. $60/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

• You do most of the sorting, with me to keep you focussed, encouraged and redirected if needed.  Works best for clothes or ornament sorting, that type of organizing. This is the least work for me, so it's the least expensive option, however it may also not get results as fast as you want or need.  If you want me physically there helping, this option is $40/hour with a minimum of 3 hours per session. If you want me there by video, that's $35/hour, one hour minimum.

Prices as of September 2026 - Minimum of $100 per job - Discounts for larger jobs, at Owner's descretion

Carpets, Wall to wall $0.55 per square foot

Area rugs $1.50 per square foot, approx. for gentle "bonnet" cleaning at your place 

Stair Carpeting $5.00 per step, scrubbed and extracted by hand - average set of stairs costs $70ish and takes about 45 to 60 minutes

Chairs, Couches, Beds etc. Please call for estimate :)

House Cleaning $50 to 60 per hour,  depending on difficulty (move out cleaning is at the higher rate) 

Organizing / decluttering See above under "Overwhelmed?" ($35 to $60 per hour)
